.458 SOCOM Monster
Sledgehammer -
The Tromix Monster Sledgehammer is NOW AVAILABLE!. The Monster fires a .458 SOCOM
round, designed by Marty ter Weeme of Texas. It will launch 300grain bullets at over 2100 fps,
[ 500grain bullets over 1350 fps] all from your standard
AR-15 lower receiver. This powerhouse puts
out nearly 3,000 foot pounds of energy, about the same as a 30'06,
but employs a .458" diameter bullet to boot.
Clearly the MOST POWERFUL Sledgehammer ever. The 458 SOCOM
turns your .223 mouse gun, into a portable piece of field artillery capable
of dispatching even the largest beasts around the world. But
the best reason to own a Tromix .458 SOCOM is simply because it is
extremely invigorating to shoot and will entertain its user like no
other AR-15 has in the past.

New from Tromix, the .458 SOCOM AK-47 Sledgehammer! -
Built on a precision U.S. manufactured milled steel receiver, this
AK-47 is chambered in the monster .458 SOCOM cartridge. Hurling a 300gr
Barnes X bullet down range at over 2,000fps, this powerhouse delivers a
whopping Taylor Knock Out value of 39. That is nearly double of what any
AK-47 has ever produced including the Saiga and Valmet 30’06 versions.
With the stock folded, you have an extremely compact weapon with the
knockdown power of a 45/70, but with 18 rounds on tap. It can be fed
from either steel Galil magazines or modified Bulgarian waffle mags.

with the extreme horse power of a 45/70, all in a compact semi-automatic
arm capable of dropping some of the largest game in the world.
